We have been working as the retained Creative Agency for Onward Living’s in-house Sales and Marketing Team since 2018.
Alexandra Court is a residential development of 14 one and two bed character apartments near Lark Lane in South Liverpool.
The target market includes first time buyers and a younger market, interested in the location, character, space and high spec fixtures and fittings in this development. We worked on the marketing materials and signage.

High interest in the apartments within days of launching and 100% reserved.
