We have been working as the retained Creative Agency for Onward Living’s in-house Sales and Marketing Team since 2018.
Elston Park is a residential development of 16 two and three bed homes in the picturesque village of Grimsargh, Preston.
We worked on the marketing materials and signage for the development, ready autumn 2020. With excellent schools nearby, great transport links and plenty of places to eat and drink, we targeted the family market.
Impact
High interest registered within days of launching (despite COVID-19) and 100% reserved.
